Refund / Return & Exchange
For online purchase through Bohu website:
- Customer shall thoroughly check the product at the time of taking delivery of the same. If the customer raises no complain or objection in relation to the product at the time of taking delivery, then the product shall be deemed to be free from any and all defects.
- In no event refund is allowed, either in full or in part, for any product purchased from our online store.
- Any product purchased from our online store, can only be returned and exchanged with other product on the following terms and conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase;
- Any request for return of the product shall be made at this email id: info@bohubangladesh.com
- The request should be made along with a copy of customer receipt/payment receipt for the product and its order number details;
- The product to be returned must be in good condition to our full satisfaction. Customer shall provide evidence as to the product’s condition through photography and/or videography as requested by us;
- In no event shall we accept return of a product if we believe it has been used, broken, damaged or devalued in any way by the customer;
- All returns must be sent intact, in its original packaging along with its tags/barcodes still on, as applicable;
- Exchange can only be made with product(s) available in our online store. No exchange is allowed with products in our physical stores/showrooms;
- The product can be exchanged with any other product(s) of equal value. If exchange is to be made with product(s) of higher value, then the balance amount shall be paid by the customer. In no event the exchanged product(s) shall be of lesser value than the returned product;
- Any delivery charge paid by the customer at the time of purchase of the product will not be adjusted with the price of the exchanged product;
- Customer shall bear additional charges for return shipping as well as for delivery of exchanged product, as applicable;
- For product outside Dhaka, it shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to send us back the product in good condition. No exchange shall be allowed if we do not receive the returned product in good condition, in which case the product shall be sent back to the customer upon payment of delivery charge;
- In no event can a customized product be returned or exchanged;
- Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged in any event.
For products purchased from Bohu store / showroom:

- Any product purchased from our store / showroom, can only be returned and exchanged with other product on the following terms and conditions:
- Furniture products must be returned within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. Any product, other than furniture items, must be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase;
- Customer receipt/ payment receipt must be brought for exchanging the product;
- The product to be returned must be in good condition to our full satisfaction. Customer shall provide evidence as to the product’s condition either in person, photography and/or videography as requested by us;
- In no event shall we accept return of a product if we believe it has been used, broken, damaged or devalued in any way by the customer;
- All returns must be sent intact, in its original packaging along with its tags/barcodes still on, as applicable;
- Exchange can only be made with product(s) available in our store/showroom from where the purchase was made. No exchange is allowed with products in other stores/showrooms of Bohu;
